Our client is a leading Magic Circle firm with over 2,500 lawyers globally. Their fast-growing Middle East network has been established for over 40 years. They have several market leading practices, including corporate, finance, projects and dispute resolution.
The firm represents leading corporates, financial institutions and governments. The team advises on mergers, acquisitions, disposals equity capital markets, joint ventures, restructuring and private equity transactions. You will have exposure to some of the most complex and sophisticated transactions in the Middle East. You will also have excellent levels of responsibility and the opportunity to lead on deals.
