One of the region\'s most innovative companies is going through a tremendously exciting period of growth, and are looking to add a Legal Counsel to their team based in the UAE. Our client works exclusively in the online technology sector, where they have an international reach and a global workforce.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to join an in-house function and a collegiate team where you will be working closely with senior members of the legal team in the Dubai office. Key responsibilities will focus on corporate M&A work, as well as some project finance. You must have at least 3 years\' experience working for leading international law firms and/or from in-house teams, as well as be qualified from the UK, US, New Zealand, or Australia.
