Job Description
A top-tier American law firm is looking for an ambitious junior Associate for their Corporate/M&A and Private Equity practice in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Key Requirements You must have between 1 and 4 years of post-qualification experience.
You must be common law qualified (preferably in England & Wales).
You would have trained and qualified with a US or Magic Circle law firm and have gained experience working within a Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital transactions team.
You would have experience advising a range of clients on large-scale, cross-border M&A and JV transactions, regulatory issues, corporate finance, and/or capital markets.
International candidates with the relevant qualifications are being considered for this opportunity.
Excellent academics from a reputed university is essential for this role.
