Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
Operate and monitor machines involved in mixing, blending, and packaging pre-mix food products. Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance based on production requirements. Load raw materials into the machines as per the recipe and production schedule. Ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and report any issues immediately.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus. Previous experience (1-3 years) in a food manufacturing or FMCG production environment preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards). Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights. Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours as per production requirements.
