We are looking for a machine maintenance technician, who can be responsible for the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of machinery & equipment used in our factory operations.
Ideal candidate,
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
Proven experience as a machine maintenance technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
the primary goal will be
Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and calibration, to keep machinery in optimal condition.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems and implement effective solutions to resolve them.
Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, bearings, belts, and valves, using hand and power tools.
Follow maintenance schedules and keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
