Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and optimization of advanced models that power real-world AI applications. You will be responsible for model lifecycle management from research to production deployment, working closely with product, engineering, and research teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning solutions (LLMs, predictive models) for enterprise use cases.
Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to shape data pipelines and ML workflows.
Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and real-time performance.
Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation, iterating based on metrics and business needs.
Champion responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and security.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
Strong background in large language models, NLP, or generative AI frameworks.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
