Perform comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide effective wound management.
Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and safe medication usage.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust and emotional comfort.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
