Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and deliver wound care
Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and proper medication usage
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care
Maintain precise medical records and comply with regulatory standards
Offer emotional support to patients and build trusting relationships
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
