Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care effectively
Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical interventions
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and medication safety
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain precise medical records and comply with all regulatory and clinical standards
Deliver compassionate care, building trust and emotional support for patients and their families
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
