Perform comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized care plans
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care with precision
Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical treatments
Educate patients and families on care routines, recovery, and proper medication usage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in line with healthcare standards
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust and emotional support
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
