Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon. In this position, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. Supervisor duties and responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon Oversee the work of other salon staff, such as hairstylists, estheticians, and nail technicians Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Manage the salon's inventory of supplies and products Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff Monitor and manage the salon's finances, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services Ensure that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations

Supervisor requirements and qualifications

Proven work experience as a Supervisor or similar role Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage a team of stylists and support staff Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of hair care products and services Ability to manage inventory and supplies Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings High school diploma or equivalent Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) Valid cosmetology license (preferred) Experience in customer service or retail management Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and salon management software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
