Location: Al Barsha South, Dubai

We seek a dynamic and experienced Salon supervisor to oversee our beauty salon in Al Barsha South, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of salon operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day salon operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.

- Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to salon standards.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering salon supplies and maintaining stock levels.

- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a salon supervisor or similar role in the beauty industry.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Knowledge of salon equipment, products, and techniques.

- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and inventory management.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
