Role Overview

The

Luxury Retail Store Executive

is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience to high-net-worth clients by providing personalized service, expert product knowledge, and a refined sense of brand presentation. The role involves promoting premium products such as

luxury watches, designer handbags, and accessories

, while maintaining the highest standards of customer engagement and store aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

bespoke customer service

and build lasting relationships with elite clientele. Demonstrate expert knowledge of

luxury watches, handbags, and fashion accessories

, guiding clients through product features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage. Drive sales through personalized recommendations, clienteling, and cross-selling techniques. Maintain store display and ensure

visual merchandising

aligns with brand standards. Handle client appointments, product viewings, and private consultations professionally. Assist with

stock management

, inventory tracking, and product replenishment. Support the store team in achieving

monthly sales targets

and

customer satisfaction KPIs

. Ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries, after-sales services, and follow-ups. Represent the brand at promotional events or client gatherings, maintaining a poised and polished image.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or a related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience

in luxury retail, preferably handling

high-end watches, handbags, or fashion accessories

. Proven track record in dealing with

high-net-worth clients

and delivering top-tier service. Strong understanding of

luxury market trends

, brand positioning, and customer expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French) are an advantage. Professional appearance, refined etiquette, and confident demeanor. Knowledge of POS systems and CRM tools for client relationship management.
