The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end property sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market. This role involves working with affluent clients and showcasing premium properties in one of the most prestigious markets in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors. Market luxury properties through exclusive channels, including digital platforms and private events. Conduct personalized property tours, highlighting unique features and benefits tailored to client preferences. Negotiate and close high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion. Stay informed about market trends, luxury property values, and legal regulations in Abu Dhabi. Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain elite clientele. Collaborate with developers, architects, and interior designers to enhance property presentations. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a related field. In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. Proficiency in CRM tools, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Expertise:

Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous. Certification in real estate (e.g., RERA or equivalent) is preferred. Familiarity with luxury lifestyle trends and marketing strategies.
