You will be responsible for representing exclusive properties and delivering a personalized experience to a discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and sell premium residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and discretion
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings
Provide tailored property solutions based on client needs and preferences
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal property marketing and exposure
Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end client services
In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate regulations
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Professional appearance and a client-centric approach
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
