Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time (Commission-Based)

Salary Range: AED 20,000 - AED 40,000+ per month (Performance-Based)

The Role:

We are seeking driven and professional Real Estate Agents to join our elite team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment and is passionate about luxury property and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and promote high-end properties across Dubai

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors

Conduct viewings, property presentations, and negotiations

Stay informed about market trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities

Proactively generate leads through networking and digital outreach

Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to optimize property exposure

Uphold the brand standards of Spectre Capital with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

1+ year of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)

Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

High personal standards, ambition, and professional appearance

RERA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain

Ability to work independently while maintaining team synergy
