Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and sophisticated Luxury Real Estate Agent to represent our premium property portfolio in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the nuances of high-end real estate and excel at delivering white-glove service to discerning clients, including investors, VIPs, and international buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote luxury residential and commercial properties, including waterfront villas, penthouses, and branded residences
Provide personalized consultations and concierge-level service to high-net-worth clients
Conduct private viewings and showcase properties with attention to detail and discretion
Advise clients on market trends, investment strategies, and exclusive opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and elite clientele
Negotiate and close high-value transactions with professionalism and precision
Generate leads through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
Deep understanding of premium property segments and client expectations
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor with a client-first mindset
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
