Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and polished Luxury Real Estate Agents to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the expectations of high-net-worth individuals and have a proven track record in luxury property sales. You will represent prestigious developments and bespoke residences, delivering tailored service and strategic guidance throughout the property journey.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote luxury properties to affluent clients and investors
Conduct private viewings and provide personalized consultations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and partners
Stay informed on premium market trends, pricing strategies, and legal frameworks
Negotiate and close high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are a plus
Strong network within the luxury market segment
UAE driving license and own vehicle required
Professional appearance and client-focused demeanor
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
