Key Responsibilities

Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in the sale and acquisition of luxury properties Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and VIP clients Conduct private property viewings and deliver personalized client experiences Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities Negotiate and close high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate developments and regulations Collaborate with marketing teams to promote premium listings across digital and offline channels Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to build brand presence Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE Proven track record of closing high-end property deals Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Professional demeanor with a client-first approach Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are highly desirable Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle RERA or ADM certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
