The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the luxury real estate market, a strong network of affluent clients, and outstanding negotiation skills. This role requires an impeccable level of professionalism, discretion, and expertise in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent elite clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of luxury properties. Conduct in-depth market analysis of premium real estate trends and investment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with UHNWIs (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals), investors, and developers. Provide personalized consultations, ensuring seamless property transactions tailored to client needs. Negotiate high-value deals with strategic precision to secure the best terms for clients. Manage exclusive property showings, ensuring a discreet and personalized experience. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate landscape, including emerging developments and global investment trends. Leverage digital marketing, social media, and specialized platforms to enhance brand visibility and property outreach. Collaborate with designers, architects, and legal experts to provide a full-service experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in luxury real estate sales in Abu Dhabi or other high-net-worth markets. Deep understanding of premium property laws, financing options, and local regulations. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills. Ability to operate with utmost discretion and confidentiality. Strong personal branding and networking abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and property management software. Valid UAE real estate license and driver's license. Multilingual skills (Arabic and English preferred; additional languages a plus).
