Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized property solutions. Actively identify and pursue luxury property sales opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations to showcase premium listings. Negotiate sales terms and conditions for successful transactions while adhering to UAE property laws. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate market trends, offering clients expert insights. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive luxury listings. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote luxury properties effectively through online and offline channels. Prepare and manage all transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and the luxury real estate market. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
