Luxury Real Estate Agent
to specialize in high-end properties across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, impeccable client service skills, and a proven ability to cater to discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist ultra-high-net-worth clients in buying, selling, and leasing luxury residential and commercial properties.
Provide personalized consultation and expert advice tailored to clients' unique preferences and investment goals.
Conduct exclusive property viewings, highlighting key features and lifestyle benefits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with elite clientele, investors, and industry professionals.
Prepare and present bespoke marketing strategies for high-value property listings.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
Stay informed on trends in the global luxury real estate market and Abu Dhabi's premium property developments.
Represent the company at high-profile industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in luxury real estate sales or related experience.
Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi's luxury property market and legal requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Sophisticated, professional demeanor with the ability to handle high-stakes transactions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and luxury real estate marketing tools.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a luxury or business-class vehicle.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable, with additional languages being an advantage.
Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
Certification in real estate (e.g., RERA or equivalent).
