Key Responsibilities

Represent and promote luxury residential and commercial properties to affluent clients and investors Provide expert guidance on property selection, investment potential, and market trends in the luxury segment Conduct private viewings and consultations with professionalism and discretion Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, and international partners Negotiate and close high-value transactions, ensuring a seamless and confidential process Stay informed about luxury market developments, architectural trends, and exclusive listings in Abu Dhabi and beyond Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and premium property presentations
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or consultancy Proven track record of closing high-value property deals Strong understanding of the luxury property market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
