Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Luxury Property Specialist to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in Abu Dhabi, a strong network of affluent clients, and the ability to manage high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Represent premium listings and off-market properties to high-net-worth clients Conduct private viewings and deliver tailored consultations Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients Negotiate and close high-value deals with precision and integrity Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure seamless transactions Stay informed on new launches, luxury developments, and regulatory updates
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French is an asset Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's luxury property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Professional appearance and demeanor UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
