Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Property Specialist to join our elite team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the high-end real estate market, exceptional client service skills, and a proven ability to close premium property deals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to affluent clients, guiding them through every stage of the property acquisition or sale process.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and sell luxury residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi Provide tailored property consultations to high-net-worth individuals and investors Conduct private viewings, presentations, and negotiations with discretion and professionalism Stay informed on market trends, premium developments, and buyer preferences Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support high-value transactions Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property portfolios
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market and buyer demographics Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or Mandarin are highly desirable Professional demeanor and a client-first approach Ability to work independently and meet high-performance targets UAE driving license preferred
