Role Overview
The Luxury Property Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing high-value transactions, cultivating relationships with affluent clients, and representing the company in the luxury property segment. This role demands market expertise, polished communication, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Represent luxury listings with professionalism and deep product knowledge
Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment potential
Conduct private viewings, property tours, and bespoke presentations
Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and international investors
Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and marketing departments to ensure seamless transactions
Negotiate contracts and close deals with precision and discretion
Stay informed on new launches, off-market opportunities, and regulatory updates
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
Proven track record of closing high-value deals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an asset
Strong understanding of UAE property laws and luxury market dynamics
Professional appearance and demeanor
UAE driver's license preferred
