Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished

Luxury Property Advisor

to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high?value property sales, exceptional client?relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and promote premium and luxury properties across Abu Dhabi. Build and maintain long?term relationships with high?net?worth clients and investors. Conduct property tours, private viewings, and tailored consultations. Stay informed on luxury market trends, new launches, and exclusive opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and review sales agreements and required documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service.

Requirements

Proven experience in luxury real estate or high?end sales. Strong understanding of the UAE luxury property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to engage confidently with high?net?worth individuals. Professional appearance and refined interpersonal skills. UAE driving license preferred. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
