You'll combine market insight, discretion, and top-tier service to guide clients through exclusive real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi's most prestigious neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of luxury clients and properties
Conduct private property viewings and consultations tailored to client preferences
Provide expert advice on market trends, investment strategies, and exclusive listings
Negotiate high-value deals while ensuring compliance with UAE property laws
Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access premium inventory
Develop and execute marketing strategies for luxury listings
Prepare and manage transaction documentation with precision and confidentiality
Qualifications
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi
Valid UAE real estate license
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach
Deep knowledge of UAE property laws and luxury market dynamics
Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
UAE driving license and reliable transportation
