Role Overview

As a Luxury Property Advisor, you will represent Metropolitan's elite portfolio of high-end properties, including waterfront villas, branded residences, and exclusive off-plan developments. You will work closely with affluent clients, investors, and international buyers, providing expert guidance and a seamless experience throughout the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

Represent luxury listings across Abu Dhabi's prime locations (e.g., Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Hudayriyat) Conduct private viewings and personalized consultations with high-net-worth clients Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and lifestyle fit Negotiate high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to ensure smooth closings Attend exclusive launches, exhibitions, and networking events to expand client base Maintain detailed records using CRM systems and contribute to team performance targets
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-value sales Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and luxury buyer expectations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Multilingual abilities (German, Russian, Arabic, or Mandarin preferred) Professional appearance and client-focused mindset UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
