Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Property Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients. This role requires a professional who can deliver tailored property solutions and uphold the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance to clients on luxury residential and investment properties in Abu Dhabi.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client qualification to property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, pricing, and competitive offerings.
Conduct property presentations and offer strategic advice based on client needs and investment goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at all times, ensuring a premium client experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and property promotions.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Professional appearance and a client-focused mindset.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
