Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Luxury Property Advisor to represent premium residential properties in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a polished real estate professional with a deep understanding of the luxury market, a strong network of high-net-worth clients, and the ability to deliver a bespoke, high-touch service experience. You will be responsible for managing exclusive listings, advising elite clientele, and closing high-value transactions with discretion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and sell luxury residential properties including villas, penthouses, and branded residences Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and international buyers Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in the luxury segment Conduct private property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidentiality Maintain a portfolio of high-end listings with accurate, compelling marketing content Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns and generate qualified leads Attend exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand your client base Deliver a personalized and seamless client experience from initial consultation through post-sale support
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's premium property market and developer offerings Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage Professional appearance and ability to engage with elite clientele Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA or DMT certification preferred
