Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and client-focused Luxury Property Advisor to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for managing premium property portfolios, advising clients on exclusive investments, and facilitating high-value transactions with discretion and expertise.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on luxury property acquisitions, sales, and investments in Abu Dhabi and other prime markets Conduct private property viewings and consultations, ensuring a personalized and confidential experience Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and international investors Stay informed about luxury market trends, architectural innovations, and exclusive listings Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop premium property presentations and targeted campaigns Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations Represent the company at luxury real estate exhibitions, networking events, and client engagements
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or advisory Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions Strong knowledge of the luxury property market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and commitment to discretion and confidentiality Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
