Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and sophisticated Luxury Property Advisor to join our elite team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional client service skills, and a proven track record in high-value property transactions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to affluent clients, guiding them through every stage of the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Represent premium residential and commercial properties to high-net-worth clients Conduct private viewings and deliver tailored property consultations Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors Stay informed on market trends, luxury developments, and investment opportunities Negotiate and close high-value deals with discretion and professionalism Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or advisory Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE luxury property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an asset UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Professional demeanor, client-focused approach, and high ethical standards
