Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Luxury Property Advisor to join our elite team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to guide high-net-worth clients through complex property transactions. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored recommendations and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and sell premium residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi Provide personalized consultations to affluent clients and investors Conduct private viewings, property tours, and high-level negotiations Stay informed on market trends, luxury developments, and buyer preferences Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and partners Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, legal, and financial processes Ensure all transactions comply with UAE property laws and company standards
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or advisory Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are highly desirable Professional appearance and a client-first approach Ability to work independently and meet high-performance targets UAE driving license preferred
