About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Luxury Event Planner

to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate has a strong background in

luxury weddings and upscale events

, exceptional attention to detail, refined taste, and the ability to deliver bespoke, high-end experiences for elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute

luxury weddings and premium events

from concept to completion Manage all event elements including decor, vendors, timelines, budgets, and guest experience Liaise with high-end vendors, venues, designers, and suppliers in Qatar Create and present mood boards, concepts, and proposals aligned with client expectations Oversee on-site event coordination and ensure flawless execution Maintain the highest standards of luxury, elegance, and professionalism Build strong relationships with clients and partners Stay updated on luxury event and wedding trends (local & international)
Requirements

Proven experience in

luxury weddings and high-end events

(mandatory) Currently

based in Doha

or available in Doha Ready to

start immediately

Strong portfolio showcasing previous luxury weddings/events (

required

) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus) Professional appearance and luxury mindset
