This role is designed for culinary professionals who excel in creating memorable and high-quality dining experiences for large events, including weddings, corporate functions, and exclusive gatherings.
As the High End Banquet Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and managing a dedicated team in a high-pressure environment. Your expertise in high-end cuisine will be essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute upscale menus tailored for high-end banquets and events.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation to meet the highest standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Work closely with event coordinators to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Innovate and create new culinary concepts to enhance the banquet dining experience.
- Monitor food costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or similar role in a high-end catering environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on upscale cuisine and presentation.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse kitchen team.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
