Job Summary

: We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment customers enter the restaurant. The Restaurant Hostess will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.

Responsibilities

:

Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate and timely seating arrangements. Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them of daily specials. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor and manage the flow of guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain open lines of communication. Relay important information to guests, such as wait times and daily specials. Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations. Maintain an organized reservation book and communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff regarding reservation details. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, assisting guests, and managing reservations. Remain calm and composed during busy periods to ensure efficient operation. Keep the hostess area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.

Requirements:

Can speak Arabic well

(preferred) Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
