We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused
Barista
to join our team! As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a barista in luxury cafe
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math and POS handling skills
