We are hiring a high-performing Luxury Automotive Sales Executive to drive revenue and close premium vehicle sales in a fast-paced showroom environment. This role is for experienced closers who thrive on targets, commissions, and high-value transactions.
You will be responsible for converting qualified leads and showroom walk-ins into profitable deals while consistently exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Actively sell luxury vehicles and close high-value deals
Convert showroom traffic and inbound leads into confirmed sales
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to vehicle delivery
Maximize revenue through upselling finance, warranties, and premium options
Handle negotiations confidently and overcome objections
Build repeat and referral business with high-net-worth clients
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain luxury brand standards and showroom presentation
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive, luxury, or high-ticket sales
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Target-driven, competitive, and commission-focused mindset
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a results-driven environment
