The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with high?net?worth clients. This role requires a polished professional who can manage high?value transactions and deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales process for luxury residential and investment properties.
Conduct private property tours, presentations, and high?level client consultations.
Provide expert advice on luxury developments, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high?net?worth individuals, investors, and developers.
Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
Stay informed about new project launches, premium communities, and competitive offerings.
Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Requirements
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple high?value clients and work independently.
Professional appearance and a client?focused approach.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
