Description: Managing the middle east sales of B2B & B2C Lubricants in Automotive and Industrial sector to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s sales goal. Duties & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage the overall lubricants business in Automotive and Industrial applications of all the middle east region. \xc2\xb7 Focus on achieving company sales by acquiring new clients (meetings, need analysis, price quotation, negotiation). \xc2\xb7 Responsible to acquire business from middle east markets. \xc2\xb7 Maintain good relationship with existing and new potential clients. \xc2\xb7 Closely monitor current market trends. \xc2\xb7 Keep a record of company\xe2\x80\x99s monthly sales reports and set target for next month. \xc2\xb7 Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team. \xc2\xb7 Motivate sales team to increase the sales revenue. \xc2\xb7 Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to Manage key accounts and develop new business accounts. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to handle customer complaints and satisfy their needs. Required skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Must have above 10 years of UAE sales experience in lubricant industry. \xc2\xb7 Qualified in Mechanical Engineering. \xc2\xb7 Preferred male. \xc2\xb7 Mnagerial skills \xc2\xb7 Leadership skills \xc2\xb7 Technical skills. \xc2\xb7 Decision making and problem solving \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Computer software knowledge \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS office Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 per month
