Job Responsibilities:
- Representation of company's products (lubricant additives) in a defined area of responsibility.
- Implementing budgets and plans as specified for the designated sales area.
- Targeted acquisition of new customers in industrial target segments and establishment of a structure of medium-sized and major industrial customers.
- Expansion and support of existing clients as well as prospective customers.
- Elaborating and implementing strategies/concepts/projects for effective customer acquisition, development and retention (business optimization).
- Customer and lead management via CRM.
- Handling of tenders including post-processing.
- Expansion and support of existing clients as well as prospective customers.
- Processing of customer inquiries giving expert consultation on relevant products and their application.
- Strong commitment and reliability; independent mode of operation, very structured and organized approach.
- Ability for self-motivation and time management.
- Fluent in both English and local language written and spoken.
- Based on your target sales achievement and the annual KPI review, you will be rewarded with valuable incentives in addition to your salary package which will be defined based on your work experience in the business.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess 10-15 years of experience in selling lubricant additives in the UAE.
- Chemical/Mechanical Engineering background required.
- Strong network and ability to grow company's client base of lubricant blending plants in the UAE.
