Job description EXPORTS Manager for Lubricants industry. 1. Promote businesses and explore new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC market.
2. Work closely with the Director and provide timely feedback on all assignments given by the office of the Director.
3. Formulate and implement the business development strategies and establish objectives in close coordination with the Director.
4. Develop and pursue new joint ventures (JV), limited liability companies (LLC) or other forms of business firms between PME Group and potential business partners.
5. Create, develop and maintain a professional and strong business relationship with key decision-makers among potential clients in the oil & gas industry, governmental departments, marine companies, contractors and consultants in the UAE and GCC markets.
6. Plan and implement market research and analys market surveys and marketing campaigns.
7. Prepare and manage in coordination with the sales manager and sales engineers , technical presentations, seminars and workshops for potential customers in the market.
8. Manage the participation with local and international exhibition.
9. Source out new products, negotiate and finalize agency agreements with potential business partners. 10. Visit new and existing customers and offer them the best service and advice. 11. Adopt strategies to increase sales and secure new customers. 12. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the clients\' needs, concerns and objectives. 13. Present new products and services enhancing existing relationships. 14. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. 15. Present and consult with senior management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels. 16. Using knowledge of the market and competitors in order to maximize the company`s unique selling propositions and differentiators. 17. Negotiate and implement reseller agreements. 18. Manage branding and marketing material at customers ensuring conformance to the company\'s corporate identity style guide. 19. Submit monthly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. 20. Must ensure customer back-up service and satisfaction. 21. Must have adequate technical/mechanical knowledge. 22.Must have a valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license. 23. MUST KNOWN ARABIC LANGUAGE. Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Masters or Bachelors in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • 3 years of working experience in Lubricants field
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent skills in teamwork, leadership and communication.
  • Aggressive strategist with proven ability to close the deals via strong and persuasive closing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
