Job Description

This role combines both, advanced administration and outstanding communication skills .The perfect candidate will operate with high-energy, enthusiasm and be highly organized. You will be required to perform detailed admin tasks, liaise with internal and external customers and display a high level of multitasking. Based in Fitness First Head Office in Dubai, the Business Development Administrator will support all Fitness First MENA territories, ensuring the smooth coordination of the portfolio, reporting and communication.

Experience in effective negotiations, customer service and sales is a plus!

Role Overview & Eligibility Criteria:
Administrative Skills:
Data analytics and preparing comprehensive reports, trackers and presentations
Advanced MS Office (MS Excel/MS Word/Power Point) and Outlook is a must
Meeting deadlines with attention to data detail

Communication and Project Management:
Excellent communication and listening skills
Project Coordination and multiple diary management
Confidence in dealing with customers in person and over the phone
Developing and retaining relationships with clients
Coordination with function heads & club teams for execution of delegated initiatives
Fast action & solutions orientated
