Develop and implement an overall strategy for building various customer loyalty programs.
Lead these loyalty & partnerships programs with both internal and external business partners in order to drive customer acquisition, development, and retention.
Design and manage communications strategies focused on attracting, developing and retaining customers.
Build a scalable infrastructure to support the expansion of the organization’s loyalty program.
Develop solid partnership proposals that show the win-win business objectives as well as drive collaborations.
Build efficient relationships with loyalty program partners to maximize profits • Leverage analytics and experimentation capabilities to build innovative selling strategies to optimize loyalty lifecycle management across all customer segments.
Create and monitor Partnership Loyalty program KPIs, P&L and ongoing reporting to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance Brand’s Loyalty program performance.
Serve as the single point of contact for loyalty programs on all matters related
Manage and oversee inter-departmental relationships, including working with the marketing and design team to create compelling visuals, and content, as well as, other departments to address any issue or opportunity.
Requirements
2-3 years marketing project managment or key account management experience with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Very good communication and negotiation skills, relationship management skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing
Competency in marketing, technology and digital solutions
Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
