We are looking for an HR Administrator and your primary focus is to support the HR Operations team with day to day HR administration tasks. Responsibilities Onboarding & New Joiner Administer new hire contractual paperwork, including preparation of offer letters, contracts etc Assist with the induction workshops, including setting up rooms, preparation of new joiner packs Data Administration of new joiner paperwork & processes People Relationships Support the partnership between the HR Operations Manager and employees by handling questions and help resolve work-related problems Conduct regular employee check-ins Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as policies, job duties, leaves and compensation and support with any issues that may arise Off-boarding Preparation of off-boarding paperwork, using on / offline internal processes. Conduct Exit interviews, prepare Final settlement as per the Egypt labour law Reporting & SLA’s Provide 24/48hrs response time, not limited to, paperwork production including salary certificates, PIP paperwork & performance paperwork Provide monthly reports to HR Operations manager as required Maintenance and administration of BambooHR and ensure all employee files are recorded digitally Maintain internal HR systems and databases and manage the archiving and database for the organization Ad Hoc reporting requests as and when required. Miscellaneous Manage travel administration work and liaising with travel agencies Execute with the HR Team all the activities from the operations standpoint Maintenance of medical insurance documents from addition to deletion Requirements
Graduate Degree or diploma in HR (Preferred)
2 – 4 years’ of experience in HR function
Administrative experience in medium to large company
Knowledge of HR systems and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent time management
Attention to detail
Desire to grow with an expanding Global HR team
