As a Supervisor you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Maintains a clean, organized and stocked environment
Establishes effective and positive communication between all team members
Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld. Is accountable for store funds
Assists manager in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently
Provides guidance and actively sets an example for team members, ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are maintained and followed
Follows and directs team members to follow policies, procedures and adhere to merchandising and cleanliness standards
Responsible for ensuring that Restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for Guests and employees. Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in working order
Responsible for ordering supplies
Visually inspects and takes corrective action to ensure that facilities in restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests. Provides guidance for improvement and implements necessary adjustments.
Oversees work orders to ensure repairs and maintenance of facility are completed on a timely basis.
Manages and monitors product quality and guest satisfaction in the Restaurant
Responsible for ensuring that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications. Moves throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take corrective action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
Verifies temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products, and checks preparation methods to determine quality. Provides guidance for improvement and implements necessary adjustments
Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlet.
Investigates and resolves guest complaints in a timely manner
Responsible for smooth operation of the outlet
Leads the team and creates friendly environment
You must have:
Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations and preparation techniques in a restaurant
Strong mathematical and strategic skills in order to determine, track and control inventory, revenue productions, and other financial statements.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
Proficient in written and spoken English Experienced in F&B Operations Management, P&L Accountability, Strategic Planning Work Remotely
