Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Responsible for overall warehouses (A & B) Deviations / Change control handling, GMP, Quality / Data integrity performance, working closely with site Quality team ensuring gaps identified & warehouse procedures adherence in all warehouses.
- Responsible for logistics, In/Out bound activities, managing Warehouse B & External warehouses operations.
- Responsible for Warehouse B team supervision, development & performance.
- Responsible for Warehouse B as facility and operations (e.g. procedures, budget, housekeeping, GMP, material stocks & controlled substances).
- Ensure with his team effective implementation of Integrated Operating system / EHS / Quality & Compliance.
- Backup for Dispensing team for all dispensing activities.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals / science with previous experience in the fields of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, pharmaceutical warehousing, logistics and ERP systems.
- 5 years of experience in the relative fields, people management experience is a plus.
- Quality knowledge (GMP / Data integrity) and good safety orientation.
- Able to work with continuous improvement initiatives, possess innovative thinking, preferred Integrated Operating system knowledge.
- Fluent in computer, English language written and spoken.
