Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking Warehouse Supervisor to join our UAE warehouse. The position will be based in JAFZA, United Arab Emirates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintain and organize inventory and storage areas, ensuring the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions. Instructing foreman to supervise loading and unloading of vehicles and cargo inside containers. Must be capable of managing labor and instructing them in accordance with company policy. Analyze and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and the performance of employees. Manage the warehouse's day-to-day operations and establish staffing levels and assign workloads. Planning of warehouse operations within clear guidelines and supporting management with resource planning. Maintain a record of all items in the warehouse, document necessary information, and utilize reports to monitor the status of the warehouse. Coordinate between warehousing and transport department and distribute work to labor and drivers across various facilities. Reviewing of loading plan and loading list with the loading team. Coordination and submitting all reports to head office. Arranging documents for Export Declaration. Arrange Exit Shipped Out and do online Dubai Trade payment. Knowledge of Exit submission to Dubai Customs. Arrange customs inspection and providing required documents. Knowledge of documentation of Mirsal 2, Dubai Trade and Zajel. Arrange shipping documentation and oversee the schedule, dispatch and tracking of goods. Oversee daily operations of receiving inventory into facility. Ensure all inventory is properly logged and encoded into SAP system. Reporting any damages/issues/concerns related to inventory, staff, third parties to head office.

Requirements and skills

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in warehouse operations is required.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP, and email communication.

Ability to build relationships with customers, management, and operations through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A good understanding of English and Hindi is required.

UAE Driving License is mandatory for this position.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
