Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Warehouse Supervisor

to oversee and manage warehouse operations at our Jebel Ali facility. The role involves supervising inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse staff while ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company and JAFZA regulations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to maintain smooth warehouse functions and support overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

Monitor, control, and manage inventory levels on a daily basis. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems. Ensure compliance with company and JAFZA regulations.
2. Stock Movement & Control

Oversee inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatch) processes. Verify and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and DO (Delivery Order) entries. Manage damaged, expired, or returned stock as per company procedures.
3. Reporting & Documentation

Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory and warehouse reports. Maintain documentation required for audits and inspections. Coordinate with accounts for inventory valuation and adjustments.
4. Team Supervision & Coordination

Supervise storekeepers, tally clerks, and warehouse staff. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow. Support customs/JAFZA-related stock verifications.
5. Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, HSE standards, and warehouse safety policies. Assist in preparing for audits and inspections (internal/external).

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum

2-5 years

of experience in warehouse/inventory management (preferably in Jebel Ali Free Zone). Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Good understanding of import/export documentation and JAFZA regulations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

3PL logistics or freight forwarding companies

. Knowledge of

ISO standards

and inventory audit procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
